The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was delicious. However, the service was appalling. We waited outside as instructed but no one showed up so we walked past, despite having a reservation. Our kids’ main course arrived with our starters which was great but the service afterwards was slow even though the restaurant was empty. We had to inform them about our main course 40 minutes after our starters. We also ordered additional drinks but they never arrived and the waitress was nowhere to be seen at times. Near the end of our two-hour meal, we were asked to pay even though our desserts hadn’t arrived yet. We’d been told they were coming but they never did. All the other tables who’d ordered ice cream had theirs within five minutes but ours never showed up. We complained and they said it was coming and waited another twenty minutes. We left as we had other things to do. Regretting the tip we left!

​A confirmed 20:30 booking via TheFork meant nothing. We were forced to wait 40 minutes while I chased my distressed 2-year-old and my 5-year-old cried, realizing we were being treated as an "inconvenience." The staff blatantly ignored our reservation to seat four separate groups of walk-ins (adults) who arrived after us. When I demanded an explanation, the staff was dismissive and rude, asking "What do you want me to do?" ​Seated finally at 21:10, the service was hostile. Cutlery was thrown at us; we had to scavenge for crayons to calm our hungry children. The QR menu was inaccessible as their WiFi was broken. The food was overpriced and awful. To insult us further on my 40th birthday, we had to beg for a candle and were then charged for the dessert. ​This "immersive experience" is a sham that profiles families. They do not honor TheFork bookings and treat parents like second-class citizens. They ruined my milestone birthday. Absolute disgrace. Stay away.

We went as a family of four. The atmosphere was beautiful, we loved the woodland theme. The food was delicious, not big portions but tasty. Only my daughter ‘s pasta from her kids menu was a bit dry, it needed more sauce. Apart from that it was lovely.

It was a wonderful experience! The service was on the top of the top! The food is so delicious and the decor makes you feel in a actual magic forest. Totally recommend it and will back there again.

The projections and the trees are a nice touch but somehow the restaurant soon feels a little soulless. It’s not as immersive as a rainforest cafe which soon makes it feel a bit gimmicky. Thankfully, the food is better than any rainforest cafe type place and that saves the day! It’s a bit pricey for what you get and the overall choice is a bit limited. We had smash burgers and the pollock and they were all tasty even if the burgers were were not that dissimilar to a Five Guys in terms of quality. The chocolate mouse and french toast desserts were both good. We wouldn’t necessarily return but enjoyed the experience.
