This was a terrible experience with poor service, a lack of transparency, and forced consumption. A word of advice: When coming here in a group, always confirm beforehand whether you will be forced to order two pots to avoid being misled and incurring extra charges.

We understand your disappointment but would like to clarify a few points: • Our tables are designed for 4–6 guests. Groups of eight are seated at two connected tables for safety and comfort. One hot pot for eight is impractical; two pots are often chosen for convenience, but the number of pots is always up to guests. • During calls and in-person, our staff politely explained seating and recommended set menus. You requested a free second pot, which we could not provide. Charges reflect actual orders; we never charge for “empty seats.” • When you said you would not have come, our staff meant the choice to dine was yours, not a refusal of service. • Phrases like “garbage restaurant” and “Are you that desperate for money?” were directed at staff. We welcome constructive feedback but also expect mutual respect. We respect fact-based feedback and have submitted records to the platform.

Very kind and helpful personnel. Music was not too loud. Although it was full, the sound acoustic was good and we could hear our company. The hot pot is really good. Menu very varied, so for everyone a great choice. Vegetarian and non-gluten options very good. It's a really great to my opinion. The broth plenty and added when your pot was running low. So only 1 time payment for the pot. Personnel was very kind, attentive and helpful to each other. You didn't need to wait for your waiter, you could ask anyone for help. We really had a nice time, we could take time to eat and enjoy each others company. Hot pot food is such a nice social way of eating.
