Excellent presentation of quality food/bites and friendly atmosphere

Although the quality of the food was excellent, the price of each single item was enormous compared to the quantity. For instance, a sint Jacob schelp, normally 1 to 1,5 cm, was served 1/4th. So, at the end, a sashimi mix saw One small piece for each single item. 6 small pieces for 20 €. Also, a small cane sake was priced as cheapest 17 €. Never seen anything like this

the best sushi I have ever eaten! Food is absolutely amazing! Stuff super friendly and helpful with our trolleys and babies only I think the restaurant is understaffed as it was busy and they tried very hard of course but you could notice their struggles. other than that excellent place!

We dined at Nanbu yesterday and were blown away. Every single dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, there wasn’t a weak bite all evening. The service team struck the perfect balance of friendly and attentive. A special shout-out to the staff’s sake recommendation: it paired perfectly with our meal and showed they really know their list. We left already planning our next visit so we can explore the rest of the menu. Highly recommended!

Booked for my birthday over The Fork for 5 people, and received a confirmation. When arrived, first they couldn’t locate the reservation- then located it but didn’t want to give us one of the 2 suitable tables, because they were reserved for others. Although I explained it was a birthday dinner, still didn’t offer a solution (obviously the guests who reserved directly with the restaurant were more important than us). Left deeply disappointed and it ruined my birthday evening. It was too late in that moment to try and book another restaurant. What a shame…

Really really good!! We had Karaage and Gyoza starters; Black Pepper Beef mains. All were well presented & super tasty... just excellent!

Our second visit. Just like the first time, the food was flavourful and well presented. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly and had time to chat despite the busy evening. Will definitely return.

The food was extremely mediocre. Nothing fresh at all. Already prepared food sitting for a long time. arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. Sushi was hard and difficult to chew. Will not revisit.

The large shrimp was really gross. It was full of black goop and appeared past it’s prime. All of the rest of the food was mediocre.

Food is fantastic! Sushi is absolute work of art. We tried the course menu, they have 3,4 or 5 courses. We took the 5 courses, which includes desert. I recommend skipping desert as it's pretty boring and not worth it (fruit and generic not homemade ice-cream). But the rest is just amazing, will definitely return for more sushi. Unique flavor and perfect combination of textures.
