The restaurant's location was a wonderful surprise—Carnide feels like a charming oasis in the middle of the city. The service was warm and attentive. At times, the noise levels were slightly uncomfortable due to the room’s acoustics. The starters were excellent! We had conquilhas à Bulhão Pato and bolinhas de alheira, both full of flavor. For mains, we chose lagartos de porco preto and entrecosto com migas alentejanas. While the dishes were enjoyable, the seasoning was on the mild side, and the lagartos were slightly overcooked at the edges. To finish, we had torta de laranja, which was delicious. Overall, a good experience—just a slight adjustment in meat seasoning would make it even better!

We had great expectations but… We asked for the table and we were ignored Finally and after 20 minutes waiting we got a table We asked for a while wine and it was not cold and the employee couldn’t open the wine .. I eat or try to eat a grilled fish and it was raw… Never more….

Location is off but thanks to Uber the6 found the way. Wine was great Starters were okay Main dishes which were great meats while I stated I wanted less possible fat on steaks, all of them had alot of nerves and fat.

Delicious and tasteful. Try the fried octopuss I strongly recomend it. Very large portions of food. Friendly employees, very cozy atmosphere.

It was a nice surprise this restaurant. The reviews about this restaurant, were very good but I think is better than th previous reviews. Quiet and small but very friendly staff. Very good food and and huge portions. For sure I'll be back.
