9/10If you’re coming to Frou Frou, you’re in for one of the greatest nights you could have. The drag show makes all the difference in this space, as the night was amazing while experiencing Sincera singing. I wouldn’t consider the experience to be worth it without the show.

7.5/10I visited Frou Frou not only for the food, but for the immersive experience they promise in their branding. Unfortunately, there was no experience at all. No show, no performers, no drag queens, no singers ... just an older female DJ playing loud late after an unengaging music that made the atmosphere worse instead of better. To make matters worse, we were charged couvert items that never even arrived at our table. I didnt even complain about it. I asked to try their signature dessert, that I really like, served at their adjacent venue (just to salvage the evening) but was told it was "impossible." That lack of flexibility and basic customer service is beyond frustrating. In short, Frou Frou feels like a place built on hype and marketing, with well-curated photos and videos online, but the reality doesn't match. The food itself was genuinely good, and that’s the only positive note. But customer experience is non-existent, and the management clearly lacks understanding of hospitality.

we had a great time! the ambiance it's very exciting and the food is great. There are short performances after 21:00 that comes and go which gives a very nice vibe to the place as well.

+3Unlike JNcQUOI Asia, this place is absolutely worth the investment. The atmosphere evokes the charm of classic Yam-Cha restaurants in Macau, tucked within the casino walls. A solid 10/10.

6.5/10A horrible robbery. Starting with pushing us champagne at start, 33 EUR/glas. Continuing trying to sell you a glass red wine, 60 EUR/glas. And adding EUR 18 pr person for entertainment we had’nt asked for. Watch out!

10/10Went to FrouFrou for lunch, for their dim sum menu - I think it was 34€ per person. Great ambience and excellent service, and their endless dim sum was also delicious. Great way to experience FrouFrou on a budget!
