Overall the experience was not the best one, especially regarding the service: uninterested, absent at best, even rude. At some point, after waiting for a long period of time, one of the waiters eventually came to our table ready to take the order and as we started to talk… he left and went to another table (who came way after we arrived) to take their order. We were constantly asked if our booking was through THEFORK which at times made us rather uncomfortable. And forget about dessert! We literally had to signal someone and ask if they had desserts on the menu since we were totally ignored. Not the same can be said about extremely loud tables of German tourists gobbling down litres of alcohol: in that case waiters would run like flashes! It seems clear their absolute priority is money, if from tourists even better. But that’s the new status quo in Naples downtown anyway… The food was great, even the struggled desserts.

One of the local recommendations of our host, Antonio, at Relais Castel Nuovo, it did not disappoint. With our reservations via TheFork, we had a quick walk to another round of outstanding Napolitan pizza! We chose to eat inside and were well taken care of.

Excellent pizza place. The chef was in the championship for world pizza. I had Traditional Margherita pizza and Frittatina Classica. This place was recommended by our hotel. All great dishes and great service!

The pizza was awful, uncooked, the cheese did not stayed on the pizza. Ambience zero. They did not bring the drink as I asked, but then they fix it. It seems they just hear you but did not make an efort to listen. Never again

We got our food after an hour since we ordered even when we asked the staff members 3 times when we will be served. The food by itself was not bad but I feel like it might be over priced for what we got ex 3shrips in tempura for 13 euro. The menu was not detailed we didn’t get what we expect. The servers do not understand English and even when spoken in Italian they still couldn’t understand what we wanted. The design of a place feels cheep we were sat in a room which in the middle of there a big footing pepper which the servers were ,,hitting,, every time they passed that caused it to wave around not making us feel safe.

Service, food, ambience, and prices were perfect for me. The loud decor may not be for everyone—I thought it was a sampling of pop art and modern Italian baroque which I liked—and the divided QR code menus are a bit unwieldy; but, these are quibbles. The staff and the food were the stars of this establishment.
