Service from Fabiola was excellent!! Incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, warm, and personal. The best service I've had in Italy. I arrived to Orvieto at 4pm when all other kitchens were closed. I gave Testardo a shot and wound up eating here 3 times in two days due to the lovely experience. A wide variety of creative salads, Umbrian specialties, excellent wines, and ingredients hand-sourced from around the world. The staff were all a pleasure, but Fabiola - who I had a couple nice chats with - made the experience feel heartwarming and as though I belonged. Orvieto became a highlight in my trip to Italy, and I really hope to return someday soon.
