3/10Dinner at the eerily empty restaurant was a saga of regret. Its unsettling atmosphere was a precursor to a disastrous meal. We suffered through 17 dishes, 15 of which were disconcertingly gelatinous, chillingly cold, and excessively acidic. The worst offender was the Entomacat, a monstrous medley of preserved tomatoes. With a ghastly texture reminiscent of snot and a misplaced briny fish flavor, it was culinary torture, a nightmarish dish that could be straight out of a gastronomic hell. My date, usually a food enthusiast, was equally appalled. She oscillated between disbelief and annoyance, at one point suggesting we leave early. We were on the verge of crowning this as the worst dinner of our lives when the Herberet dessert appeared. The harmony of rich chocolate and zesty citrus fruits offered a glimmer of redemption. The chef’s family bread recipe also offered a modicum of comfort, though it's hardly the reason one visits a Michelin star restaurant. Despite the saving grace of the dessert, the memory of the abhorrent Entomacat and the chillingly acidic dishes lingers. This was a meal that veered dangerously close to being the worst of my life.

You were eating the spring-summer menu, with an outside temperature of 30 degrees. They only told us that they did not eat liver, at no time did they notify us of their repugnance to acids. A menu from which he only ate 6 dishes, he did not want the others, because they only wanted to eat hot things. By the way, there is only one gelatinous dish, that of the tomato that repels so much, and the salted fish is called anchovy. Still, thank you very much for your visit.

10/10Every dish that came out was better than the one before the sea bass was outstanding, the final dish the Chicken was a little bit disappointing after all the previous dishes, it was over cooked and extremely dry. But the desert was lovely so would say 95% was great but because of Rafa skill and coming over to the table on a few occasions and the excellence in all other dishes it can be overlooked. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to any one to go and they should go, not to be missed. Thank you to all the staff and Rafa for a great night and food extravaganza.
