9/10Ambiance and service excellent. The food is good but not worth 60€ pp (100€ pp without The fork discount) with two glasses of Rosé.

8/10My go-to at El Corte Ingles in Lisbon, the tuna tataki starter is a must-try. The 3-layered chocolate dessert is also worth it.

8.5/10I am a little embarrassed to write this, but I must give an honest review. We booked the restaurant as a joke and a surprise for our daughters. They are totally enchanted by O Sr Henrique Sá Pessoa. Every evening we are forced to watch Sr Henrique Sá Pessoa on 24 Kitchen channel. They watch, not only for the recipes, but also to improve their Portuguese. He is their favourite chef. Even beating Jamie Oliver. We often shop at El Corte Inglês so as I said, we booked a table. We reserved a table outside, in the shade and that is exactly what we got. We ordered 4 main dishes and 2 desserts. The food was EXCELLENT. The Grilled Octopus dish was done to perfection as was the Steak for the Bitoque. The Cesare salad with chicken was one of the best Cesar salads eaten in years. Dessert was the Apple Crumble and the Chocolate dessert. The chocolate dessert was exceptionally good. We will definitely be back next time we go to El Corte Inglês and who knows, maybe the icing on the cake would be to meet their favourite chef?

5/10We expected more. The service was very bad, they left the bottle of wine in the bucket and never served wine again, when I asked the waiter to help us with the wine he showed surprised and didn't serve it. The food was cold.... and they ask you to five tip at the end (whis is not usual in Portugal). I would not mind to give them gratification but the service was very bad. I don't recommend this place.

8/10Had a pleasant but pricey lunch on the terrace of this restaurant. Tuna and pork entrees were tasty but portion sizes were small and were unaccompanied. Desserts were disappointing and sparkling water was served flat.

9/10A nice space, on the top floor of the upmarket department store Il Corte Ingles. This is on a floor with a range of good places to eat. The Balcony is the quick eats outlet of a top Portuguese chef Sa Pessoa. 12 mains to choose from - 4 vegetable, 4 raw, 4 fish and 4 meat. A small wine list by the glass which could be a bit more inovative. But the food is undeniably very good. My son and I went for the bitoque (steak, egg and fries) and my wife for the sea bass. Portions are fair if not overwhelming. Three desserts to choose from, which were of high quality. Service was a little erratic, even though they were not very busy on this lunchtime. Prices are London prices - at about the top end of what you could get away with in a bistro in Lisbon. Is it worth it - probably, yes, if you like fine food and are prepared to pay for it.

8/10I was expecting to be wowed, considering this restaurant belongs to a Michelin start chef. The food was ok, but it didn't really blow me away. Besides that, the portions were quite small.

8/10The wine list should be seriously reviewed as the options are between expensive mediocre wines and don’t even represent the Portuguese wines to their potential. The starter’s would greatly benefit with more options Besides this nothing need to be changed has the food have quality and his competently prepared.

8.5/10The restaurant is part of a food court so expect it to be busy and noisy. We were served very quickly, so the place is good for a quick bite. The tomato risotto is to die for. However, do leave space for desserts. We shared the three that were available on their menu and they were all very good.

2.5/10Service was chaotic, slow, rude and totally inattentive. Several times we had to repeat requests, etc. Portion for salad was minuscule. Restaurant was beyond loud. Staff did not care and ignored guests. Not a good experience. Would not recommend at all,

10/10Delicious food and outstanding service! Waiters really walked the extra mile: got us extra dipping sauce for the chips and were super nice! Had a great time, view is beautiful overlooking all the roofs of Lisbon.

9/10The quality of the food is really amazing and tasty, from the starters to the dessert. I truly recommend it, one of the best tasting dishes that I've ever eat. The staff was very nice and attentive. However, I think that the gastronomic experience could be better, if the restaurant was not inside a shopping center.
