The restaurant had a very limited menu (e.g. only one fish portion), and even then, not everything on the list was available. Portions were small, and while the taste was okay, the overall experience felt overpriced without a discount. It’s clearly a typical hotel restaurant—convenient but unremarkable. On the plus side, the service was friendly.

Great take on fusion food. The rib eye was fabulous for quantity and taste. The mushroom dish was deliciously fabulous. A must return venue

We went for dinner with friends having heard the hype around it, however I would say it is rather overrated. There was no vibe or ambiance at all, with very loud almost party music playing in the background which is not appropriate for a dining experience. At first, we waited for 10 mins to be seated at the entrance of the restaurant, the service was average and rather slow for a five course tasting menu. Wine menu was quite poor, the brands that you may find anywhere, very commercial names like Marques de Riscal and Beronia- being a restaurant belonging to a Michelin starred chef, I would have expected a more authentic wine selection. The tasting menu was good in terms of taste and quantity if only the service wasn’t that slow. No storytelling from the waiters about any dish or even why they are serving it. All in all, the impression I got from the restaurant was it is using the name of the famous Basque chef however the food nor the ambiance or service were anything near exquisite. I would not repeat this restaurant, it is very much overrated.
