10/10We took the tasting menu and everything we had from the amuse bouche to the desert was just great and the portions were very good. We will definitely be back for the food and for the excellent and friendly service.

10/10One of the best meals we’ve had anywhere in the last year. Inventive and excellent cuisine. Impeccable service and reasonably priced. Watch this space, this restaurant will not be a “hidden” gem for long. I wish we had them in our city. Go now!

10/10Fantastic Basque meal in a tiny restaurant outside of the tourist area! Easily walkable from the Centro area. Owned by a young Basque couple and they are doing creative and wonderful things with their menu. Food was outstanding. 39 Euros for a 4 course menu. 5 Euros for a glass of wine. Don’t miss the homemade feta with the bread service. Outstanding. We loved the owner who served us. She was so warm & friendly. Highly recommend!

10/10We first dined here a year ago and it has only gotten better. More confident, more refined, producing great dishes, homemade bread, and fabulous desserts. They have a beautiful restaurant that has a warm atmosphere.

10/10We had a wonderful dinner here - two couples from the US visiting Madrid. Small but well prepared menu and a very attentive chef who wanted us to be happy. Be prepared for an unusual and authentic menu and experience and a great value. Highly recommend!

10/10Amazing small restaurant with homemade specialties from the basque country. I recommend the set menu. Very good wine also. Great service with a love of passion for food and wines.

10/10So glad we found this restaurant. My wife and I each chose the multi course option so we could try a bit of everything. The food was incredibly tasty and fresh! If we are ever in Madrid again we will definitely going back

9.5/10My second time at Marcelle and both were exceptional. Small, intimate space that might seat 20. Very welcoming staff, open kitchen, a real sense that they are all in it together. The food was inventive, complex, tasty, and full of surprises, in a good way. Very good and affordable wine. Altogether a great evening.

10/10Marcelle was a great find. We were just looking for somewhere romantic to treat ourselves to while in Madrid but didn't realize it was Valentine's Day - nearly impossible to find anything! They had an opening for us and it was a very lovely surprise. The menu was very unusual so we did the chef's tasting menu and were blown away by the flavours and the presentation. The natural wine we had was incredible too. The place is small and cozy which is perfect and the staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in - we really felt looked after.

9/10overall amazing experience, just go for it you shall try 😃. cozy and elegant . precise explanation of the unique dishes and wine. there were some plates as the seviche the octapus and the duck they were perfect 👌🏽.we didnt like as much the pork belly and the cod . the bread was legendary with a refill too. (innovative dip on the bread). nice sweets to end the course . just a honest humble opinion we will go again for sure .

10/10This was a fantastic surprise! What a gem!! Best ambiance when walking in, followed by lovely staff who welcome you like you are long-lost family! Food and wines were delicious and we especially loved sitting at the “Captain’s table” with a view of the kitchen. Farm fresh wonderful tapas and entrees. I’m so happy we found you! Thank you!

10/10This small restaurant serves excellent quality, one of the best meals in a while. The best pulpo ever. The dishes are creative, with fine ingredients, incredibly tasty. Very friendly team. Great wines.

7.5/10Wine by the glasses were not as expected (thought there were more natural wines —not just organic / vegan, but exciting producers that take a minimal intervention approach to farming and making their wines), and the food, though thoughtfully plated was not as enjoyable, due to the room temperature raw fish, and the very uncooked egg in the mushroom Dish. Pork was a good dish. Service was really great, and the look of the place was great.

Your expérience in Marcelle : You had 2glass of wine, chose after refuse to try wines without any intervention (natural wine is big Word for wine's amateurs but it's not a way to make wines, i mean there is no label "natural wine", exist label "methode nature" but the winemaker have not obligation to work without any interventions..that why we visit celars to understand the way the winemaker works..)so you had un glass of red wine and a glass of White wine, difficult to make you happy because you realy said :" iwant a wine who taste anything" :). Fish is wild and fresh but not taking from the fridge directly bécause its taste Anything when its to cold. We take it of the fridge when we have the order, and wait 10min before send to the custumer.Then egg is cooked at 65deg for 1hour and serve whith wild porcini, the idea is to remind the bask country where we eat mushroom with a raw egg yolk. Homemade Sourdaught bread, gluten free bread, amuse-bouche, selecion of olive oil 40€/p
