I have always been a big fan of Yakuza, but my last two visits have disappointed me. The floor needs improvement, and the food needs more love. For example, we ordered two plates of Wagu rolls, but we only received one! On my last visit, the waiter brought all our food at once. I was forced to ask for some of the food to be returned to the kitchen, and when it was returned, the chicken was served cold. As of today, as I was in a meeting with a client, I chose not to make an issue of the chicken being that well cooked and the service is below average for Oliver's stand.

When we arrived and were seated at our table, the hostess never offered to take her jackets. We watched other customers come in, and she asked them if she could take their jackets. The item I wanted on the menu, which was a specialty, was not even available the server than recommended another item that was double the price, but the quality of the item was not worth double the price.

Yakuza was not a bad experience, TheFork was. I’m doing a bad review to bring awareness to people that TheFork is misleading and disrespecting their users. They trick you into making a reservation with a discount, but in fact the reservation is confirmed without the discount. Initially I thought this was a basic concurrency programming error. But no, after talking with support, this is on purpose!! You are not respecting your users, so this company will ultimately FAIL.
