6/10The food was decent when it eventually came, took us 20 mins just to get served our drinks and then another half an hour until we saw our food, after our main course we were asked if we would like anything else, we said yes and the water walked away and we never saw them again, when another waiter eventually came to see if we wanted any more drinks we asked if we could get the desert menu and we were then told they didn’t have any desert. The actual food was ok for the price, we were charged an extra 3.50 for ‘large’ drinks, I can’t really see how they could have been any smaller, service is non existent and you will be waiting hours for average food. Do not waste your time coming here

5/10Service was horrendous. The waitress forgot half of our order, when we asked for it she said we never told her, which we had. We were served the wrong side salad as well. Again they said we never specified which one we wanted, again we had. We asked for tap water and they refused to give it to us. They said they didn’t have any to which we asked if they had a tap. They said yes they had a tap. We then told them « then you have tap water, would we please have some? ». They refused saying they didn’t have « a filter ». Bad service all around, would not recommend to anyone

10/10The pizza is the best pizza on this earth! Italian food at its finest. Staff is beyond amazing and friendly. It is my #1 dinner spot in all of Amsterdam! It is the go to spot :)

4/10The food in this restaurant is far from “authentic” Italian. The melanzane parmigiana was a pitiful mess of gooey glue-like cheese and no discernible eggplant. Absolutely awful. When I gave that feedback to the waiter, he offered me a dessert “on the house”. No thanks. My friend’s pasta dish was mediocre, at best. How do restaurants continue to get away with such bad food?

4.5/10We went to Burrata after having a nice experience here a year back, unfortunately this experience was not great this time. After waiting for our food for 40 minutes the waiter brought over two margarita pizza’s which was not our order. After that they have brought over my dish being a pasta but not my partners blaming it on the oven not working. I have nearly finished my food once my partners has arrived. They apologies but offered nothing as a result of the inconvenience as in total we waited for our food for an hour. It was my partners birthday so this was very disappointing. The waitress was also really rude and kept responding with a ”huh” to every question asked. Will never come here again when we visit Amsterdam.

7.5/10The food is ok for the price, not bad and nothing extraordinary. Service is very slow (20-30 minutes to get the food). I would eat there again if I won't have another choice and I'm nor super hungry.

3/10The food was so so, we wanted to exchange one of the dishes as it was not explained properly in the menu. They didn’t want to do that even though the issue was the menu. After requesting for the manager for the 4th time, the shed came and agreed. It was very annoying

6.5/10Cozy restaurant, but the food is average at best. We got a spagetti and a pizza for mains, and we could have made way better at home with low cooking skills. Very nice staff.
