The service was awful - the person did not speak english correctly, not a clear explanation of the Tea time, and cold and hot drinks served at the same time. Service is not at all in line with the price of the Tea time
Café ClotildeDear Mr Dreyfus, We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our service. We take your feedback seriously and will address the language barrier, as well as the issues with the presentation and timing of the drinks. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. . Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a much improved experience in the future. The madeleines were delicious, as were the gateaux but choice of patisserie limited. A bit too sweet - needed a savoury touch or fewer sweet things.

It is a pleasant tea time; yes, but not what they advirtise it is… the cakes are good , chocolat chaud is delicious, but at 17:30 you don’t have choices any more and before you’re finish, they are cleaning everything around you, ruining the athmosphere…so you are in a regular café in Paris and not in a “very chic ambiance” like they want to offer…

Really nice staff member, but not great at executing requests/menu selections accurately. Beautiful setting, but really basic and not delicious pastry offerings. Tea is brought out as a teabag in plastic sachet. Overall, disappointing, but perhaps the price reflects this.

Great wee cafe/restaurant. The afternoon tea was a good mix of sweet and salty. The service was friendly and helpful. Would recommend, especially for the 29eur afternoon tea menu.

We had an amazing brunch at Cafe Clotilde by Nina Metayer for Sunday afternoon. The service was kind and welcoming, the jazz band played a full hour set starting around 2pm - setting the perfect atmosphere of a vibrant but relaxed afternoon. Then...the food...was divine, beautifully plated and even more delicious. The bread and viennoiseries were exceptional, one of the best croissant et pain au chocolat I have had in Paris, and from the entrees to dessert it was balanced and not too heavy a meal to allow for the full enjoyment of the day. Thank you to the staff and chefs!

Definitely too expensive for a simple "brioche". The salad was not good. The lunch menu offered only "brioches" and there was no desert because the chef in charge of the desserts was off. The waiting time for the bill was too long.
Café ClotildeThank you Christian for giving us your opinion. We are sorry to hear that your experience didn't reach your expectations and take your comments into account. sincerely
