I originally booked a table at Café Jose just for a drink, and started with a genever that was incredibly smooth. I ended up ordering a few tapas — and they turned out to be the best I’ve had so far. The place is small and cozy, with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly without being overbearing, and you can tell there’s real care behind everything they do. Definitely worth a visit if you’re after something authentic and unpretentious.
