Very pretty place. Food was very mediocre. The most frustrating thing was the service. Out of 6 people in our party, four of the orders were wrong. The waiter replaced one of them and then told us, "don't worry, they are the same price," for the rest. We were also missing multiple items that never came despite asking multiple times. There was also more than thirty minutes between the first dish coming out and the last, so no one got to eat together. So many great restaurants in Florence -- don't know why this one was so bad.
