10/10This small, elegant restaurant in one of Italy's oldest hotels is a beautiful experience from start to finish. The 2 servers couldn't have been more attentive. the meal started with a beautiful little amuse-guel souffle square with a little dab of mayonaise cream. Then my husband and I shared an appetizer of sliced lamb with artichoke leaves and a light tuna cream in a very pretty presentation. then I ordered a souffle and my husband had a pistachio - crusted salmon. both were beautifully prepared and presented. It was a great dining experience we won't forget.
