10/10Great experience at the Clementino. Fantastic atmosphere, sophisticated and relaxed at the same time, attentive staff. All the dishes that we tried, including the dessert, were innovative and very well prepared. The restaurant's manager greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel welcomed. The whole team really puts in the effort to ensure that guests have a wonderful time.

2/10I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was cold and unwelcoming, and some staff made us feel uncomfortable. When we asked for assistance, one waitress told us to wait while she continued using her phone, and only helped after a delay. A simple request to remove fish from my dish was ignored, and the meal was served incorrectly. At the end, they refused to remove the service charge despite the poor service, and also charged for bread that was presented as complimentary. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this restaurant based on the service and attitude we received.

Gentle Mr. Abdullah, I had waited to respond when you left your review on Google, but since you're also insisting on TripAdvisor, I must intervene. Unfortunately, this is one of those cases where the customer isn't always right. The service in your case was correct, and everything was presented as you ordered it. The waitress wasn't on the phone but was using the tablet to take orders. You didn't receive poor service, but due to your prejudices, you thought someone was disrespecting you, which didn't happen because we're used to hosting clients of all nationalities and religions. And I want to add that bread isn't complimentary but is paid, as written on the first page of the menu. Reviews should respect what actually happens, not be a tool to trash a restaurant just because, in your personal opinion, someone targeted you. Best regards

10/10Our family of 5 (adults) had lunch on our first day in Rome, fresh off of our transatlantic flight. What a fantastic way to begin our trip. It is difficult to say which was most pleasing - ambiance, food or service - because each was truly excellent. We enjoyed a few items from the seasonal truffle menu as well as some pasta dishes from the regular menu. Everything was delicious. If given a second chance, I would have booked dinner rather than lunch at this restaurant to allow more time to relax and enjoy.

Clementino was a lovely dining experience. We started with Roman meatballs, and a delicious Tuscano wine recommendation from the sommelier. Best ravioli in Rome! The creme brulee was not only beautiful but delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant when in Rome!

10/10Dishes were excellent. The bruschetta with anchovies and mozzarella was outstanding. I also had a caponata and the lamb. The latter was the least exciting of all, but still good.
