To give you any bearing on whether this place is worth your time, I visited Delta on my own thinking it would be a gamble. In my own (clearly idiotic) head that something was "off" about all the wildly strong reviews this place has gained on Fork, Google, and TripAdvisor. I had such a nice time I brought my friend just two nights later because she HAD to experience it. The menu is daring, creative, and still approachable. Execution was divine. I had some of the best tartare I've had in years, delectable cocktails, and was shown (as many reviewers accurately reference) incredible hospitality. Rafa and his team are a step above. The warmth and welcome as a new, lone, guest managed to be a constant and genuine thread weaving my whole meal into an immensely positive experience. Paris is a city one can be overwhelmed by a multitude of incredible restaurants. But whenever I return to Paris, one night will be reserved for Delta. Thank you again to Rafa and the crew!

Second experience in 2 weeks at Delta Sharing Food with a friend this Friday, November 1st. The winter menu had just been introduced, and aside from two dishes retained from the summer menu, all tapas & dishes are new and fresh and excellent. The welcome from Raphaël, the two staff members assisting him in the dining area, as well as the two women chefs—both the main and dessert chefs—remains as warm, attentive, cheerful, and eager to share their new cuisine without ever being intrusive. We discovered that the basement has also been set up with seating for about twenty, featuring a tasteful yet vibrant decor with white brick walls, a welcoming bar and counter, and soft lighting, perfectly suited to the space, to discover next time. Just like our first time, we ended up closing the restaurant at 1:30 matin, with a glass of white wine offered by Raphaël to enjoy outside while he cleaned the restaurant. This spot was incredible. Our waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave great suggestions and we had an unbelievable meal. Each plate was unique and delicious. The food looked as good as it tasted. Our best meal in Paris.

After our visit to the Musée d'Orsay, we stumbled upon this highly-rated bistro on Fork and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint in the slightest! You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into both the food and the drinks. We ordered the tapas plate and marinated beef (tataki de boeuf), desert we ordered La pomme (which is caramel apple with cream), and all were exceptional. The shrimp tempura, inspired by spring rolls, was a standout— the basil added such a complementary note to the dish. Everything we tried was delicious! Thank you for a fantastic meal and a wonderful evening. We’ll definitely be back!

Cher Raphaël et à toute l’équipe What can I say? My choice on The Fork is never based on a promotion that never guarantees a global quality, but rather on rating, I found this place top1 with 9.7 out of 10, particularly high, and took a look at the reviews. With nearly 600, a 9.7 rating is more meaningful. The interaction with Raphael and the quality stood out. We arrived almost first before 8pm but were the last to leave at 1am. The restaurant was consistently full from around 8.30pm, lively yet calm. The quality of the welcome, the warm interactions with Raphael, the ambiance, decor, and of course the freshness of the original, excellent, generous yet light dishes and desserts prepared by a all-female team were all outstanding 🔝 . So come, not with your eyes closed, but wide open to discover this wonderful located spot, where you’ll leave feeling happy after spending a a super pleasant evening with friends 🤗 Thank you to all of you and see you soon.
