10/10Perhaps our favorite dining experience of our entire 2 week Paris holiday, which is saying a lot since we’ve been very pleased with all of our restaurant choices. If you are considering booking here, we highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and make the booking. We wanted French cooking but were looking for a break from traditional French food (which we love). Delta Sharing Food delivered big-time. There is also an excellent and inventive cocktail menu. Rafa patiently and graciously assisted us by explaining the food menu and recommending cocktails or wines to pair with the food. The space is small and lovely. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have cancelled tomorrow evening’s booking at another restaurant and booked again at Delta since that is the only other available night before we depart Paris.

10/10Shared a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with a few coworkers at this restaurant and all I can say is wow. Wonderful service throughout our experience and the food was quite a culinary adventure with Michelin worthy dishes. Will return!

10/10Everything was amazing! I highly recommend trying out also dishes that you would not normally order, I bet you’ll be positively surprised. For me, I don’t normally like “rawish” tuna but their Tuna Tataki was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time

Une Cuisine Française, aux influences internationales, DELTA, c’est la référence au point de rencontre des alluvions transportés par un fleuve à son embouchure, le partageant en plusieurs bras. La rencontre, le partage, c’est la référence de Delta ! Une cuisine à partager synonyme de vivre ensemble.
