Our waiter Alessandro made the experience memorable for us. His great attitude and sense of humor bridged the language gap with our minimal Italian. His wine recommendation was the top wine of our visit to Puglia to date. The food was beautifully served and presented and remarkable. Our top dining experience so far in Martina Franca. Bravo!

We had a wonderful experience! The food, ambiance and service was outstanding. Our server recommend fresh porcini mushrooms that arrived that day. We left it up to the chef and he did not disappoint with an absolutely delicious pasta followed by a perfectly cooked steak that melted in your mouth with porchini mushrooms on the side. Everything was perfectly cooked and served at perfect pace. Highly recommend dinner here. A new favourite in Martina Franca.

We arrived early and the waitress showed us to our table. She recommended a local starters which were delicious. My daughter ordered steak which was amazing. The waitress told us they select their own meat. I had the swordfish pasta which was out of this world, the courgette flowers were a great addition to the dish. My husband had the octopus pasta and that was also delicious. My other daughter had the orrichette which I also tried and it too was amazing. I would definitely recommend DoCibus as every mouthful was delicious.
