7/10This only applies to the pop-up fondue restaurant in Winter: The fondue was cold and rubbery when it got to the table. It got better as time went on and the cheese was closer to the bottom, but the texture was still a bit rubbery. Very faint trace of black truffle in the taste.

8.5/10We were in the restaurant’s terrace. Very nice quiet place. Food was delicious, but little bit standard without surprices. Service was kind of professional. What we suggest is - when you offer a wine by glass, give a little bit to taste. And pour wine in front of customer, twice I receive white wine already in the glass.

3.5/10The main issue was we were located in a patio where it was freezing on Dec 31 2019. We asked to change but no place were available. We were a few people located there and everyone complain without any action from the restaurant. Finally to put everything in the right context the menu with drinks were about chf 200 per person

8/10As we were alone in the restaurant, it was indeed very quiet and that did not disturb. The meals are original and well presented. They are a bit expensive and regretted that the 20% does no apply on the menu.

10/10Geneva’s little secret.... This restau is Michelin star quality. The food is exceptional (bravo chef!) with exquisite detail & palate. Service is excellent & just the right balance of friendliness & professionalism of a small boutique hotel. The ambiance is beautiful. A must visit if you are in Geneva. Well done East West team!

9.5/10We ordered just a main and a dessert and it took a little bit of time to get our main however, we were given an amuse bouche and a small entree whilst we waited at no extra cost. We were well looked after.

6/10The place is really nice, the terrasse lovely and the waiters extremely nice. Too bad that the food is average (although well presented) , the menu too peculiar and the waiting time too long (especially for a business lunch!) It is the second time I am disappointed but did go back hoping for a change... I wish them to improve both the menu and the waiting time...and I will try again in the future

8.5/10Brunch atmosphere was super nice, above all in terrasse. Service was incredibly welcoming! Buffet is rich, the offer is wide even if not wow, some big classics were missing. Nice the idea of several small dishes to try, in verrines, Overall recommended! Food is ok, but the place is super chill to start a sunday
