6/10I had better hopes for the Marriott property but then again it is a Marriott property. The food was rather forgettable and the English translation not particularly accurate. Service was rather slow even when the restaurant was virtually empty. Frankly, I came here to fulfill my Fork yum requirement and I wished that I had chosen another place to do that.

8.5/10The staff is very nice and polite. We had a great time and service was great. We benefited of a discount through our reservation with the Fork which was included already on the bill. The manager was very attentive and Dylan especially is a Gem. He really loves his work and makes you feel special. Thank You

6.5/10The sitting is great, there were enough room for comfortability, decor is modern, not too noisy, kids can move around. The food was average, presentation is nice but the taste is not exceptional, hamburger too salty, fish tartare too bland - lack seasoning etc. However, the most dissapointment was in the service - too slow, forgetful, mistake in the final bill etc. Unfortunately our experience was not great overall, there is little reason for us to come back.

8.5/10First time visiting this new place. Interesting concept of space organization: the restaurant actually occupies the entire hotel lobby. Service is fast and pleasant. I thought the menu was not very extensive. The Swiss beef steak was good, as was the sandre dish.

2.5/10A disappointing dining experience with family, particularly in a new hotel with worldwide reputation. Service is slow and unreliable, dishes are over-priced for a 4*, filet de perche from Valais at CHF 50+ for 6 meagre filets, loads of beans and fluffs of salad. Fries extra. Eating hall is like a cafeteria, too noisy due to lack of sound proofing and space separation. Not recommended. Go by the lake, better fish and for sure better moments

10/10Wonderful menu with lots of very original dishes using local produce. Best to relax with a sharing dish over a cocktail before indulging in an excellent mains. Staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout the evening.

9/10The “glocal” approach can be tasted in the dishes they serve. My work offices are nearby and often bring clients and coworkers here for lunch. The personnel are still working out some kinks I’d say, I’ve had errors and forgotten items before, but the overall experience is still quite positive.

6/10Great location, very good food but portions very small. Service is far to be good, we have been waiting long time and they come only when we waived them several times, they forgot to bring the starters, nobody asked us for more drinks or dessert, I had to go to the counter to pay. That’s a pity because the food is good

9.5/10A very nice option if you stay at the GVA airport area. Very recommendable if you already have Yums and other The Fork loyalty discounts available. Alan was very attentive and made my experience much better, with nice recommendations for the dinner and a gentle conversation. Thank you!

6.5/10The burger itself was fine. But, and there are several. We were charged 4chf for still water that I watched get filled up in the bar sink in front of us. How is it even ethical to charge for public water? Secondly, the menus were really dirty. Each page had a different oil or food stain on them, my companion’s was stained too. So they need to reprint the menu. Last disappointment was we paid 11chf for the humus. It was great tasting, however it came with small breadsticks and the moment the breadsticks were gone, they came and took it all away with over half the humus remaining in the jar. It should not be my obligation to have to secure the food I paid for. It’s either lack of training or quality control. They are cutting corners at the expense to the customer .

6/10The restaurant is a huge open space in the Marriott hotel. Very unpersonal. We had to ask to be seated near a window to try to get some natural light, but the closest tables to the windows were still quite far. Very few vegan dishes available. We had the butternut squash without the yoghurt sauce, which was undercooked and under seasoned, and the taboulé which was very good. Our waiter was charming.
