6/10We were unfortunately disappointed. The atmosphere was very pleasant, but the food did not meet expectations for all of us. The soup and the venison were not seasoned at all. We had to wait quite a while for our water to be refilled. The wine pairing was not served in time with the starter. And the specially ordered sweet birthday surprise turned out to be a rather uninspired macaron presentation — the same kind that was later offered in the bar. It was meant to be a special evening to celebrate a birthday, but we left with the feeling that we could have enjoyed a much better and more reasonably priced experience elsewhere — which was not what we wanted. We wanted something truly special.

10/10The ambiance and the service were exceptional. Even though the restaurant was full, it was not noisy at all and we could still hear the soft music playing. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had a very nice evening at the Windows Restaurant at Hotel D'Angleterre. From the moment we arrived, we felt really comfortable. The decor is simply amazing, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were equally impressive—amazingly friendly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I regret not catching the names of the wonderful staff who made our experience so enjoyable, but their exceptional service didn't go unnoticed. Although I didn’t get a chance to meet Mr. Romain Deffaugt, I’d like to extend my thanks to him as well. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience that we would highly recommend.
