8/10Very attentive and friendly service. Enjoyable atmosphere with beautiful views of the lake. Finger sandwiches were a hit and miss. Decent scone and pastries.

6/10We had several different servers, which made the service a bit lacking. We had to wait a long time at the end to get our bill. Also, because we were speaking English, the server who came for the payment started talking about the tip…. Expecting a tip in Europe because the customers are American is not a good look.

10/10We booked a table for the Afternoon Tea for our 3-year wedding anniversary. It was my husband’s first time, but I have done the high tea at least 3 times in the past and have always enjoyed it. Our waiter was very welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience just lovely. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

9/10Lovely afternoon in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous backdrop of the Geneva lake and Jet d’Eau! We had a traditional Afternoon Tea menu that included loads of things which was quite a lot of things to eat. The English scones are of course just an absolute delight.
