Exceptional Food, Disappointing Service Tonight, my experience with my family was a tale of two stories: culinary delight shadowed by remarkably poor service. Pros: - Food Quality: The dishes we ordered were nothing short of exceptional. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and the kitchen's commitment to quality. Cons: - Service: Unfortunately, the service significantly tarnished our dining experience. From the onset, it felt as though the staff was either disinterested or tired. - Greeting: The initial interaction was awkward. We had to clarify our reservation status, followed by an uncomfortable wait while a waitress was fetched. - Attention:The waitstaff seemed elusive. We were left unattended with menus for 15 minutes and had to actively seek assistance for ordering, clearing the table, and getting the bill. - Payment Process: The insistence on using a physical card over tap payment was peculiar and somewhat unsettling, considering its widespread acceptance. Despite the culinary excellence, the lackluster service left a sour taste. We typically tip 15%, and did so out of habit, but it felt undeserved this time. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique to improve its service standards, aligning them with the high quality of their food.
