It wasn't the first time at El Salon! And we were ’t disappointed this time either. The place has good vibes, service excellent and the main readon we came was the duck leg. It just melts in the mouth. Loved it.

We spent our last night in Barcelona of 2 1/2 Weeks of Holiday travel having dinner at El Salón. The food, experience, and service were exceptional. I would highly recommend everyone to have a dinner in El Salon. One of the very best dinners that we had in Spain.

Great place. Very nice and welcoming ambience. Warm, relaxed & serious. Same goes for the food. Very precise. A kitchen that shows the raw materials the respects it deserves. Nice fusion between Spanish, French and italian kitchen. Warm recommendations!!!

El Salón offered delicious food and a unique atmosphere. Dishes ordered were grilled sea bass as a main course and a walnut bread with Iberian ham as a starter. Lemon basil sorbet was a lovely dessert to end our meal.. Service was pleasant and courteous. Our only drawback to the evening was not finding it as quickly as we had thought. So from being walking distance from our hotel, we ended up having to resort to taking a cab to get us there. Needless to say we realized it was our fault to because we missed a right turn. This place is a true gem so close to our hotel.

What an amazing restaurant, gorgeous food, attentive waiters, fine wines. Outside looks plain but the inside is very different, with a mix of jazz music, fine food and drink, served by excellent waiters, the food is to die for we both had avocado and anchovies which was delicious, then my wife had the sea bass and I had the squid with black rice both of which were excellent, for desserts we both had the cheesecake. We have eaten all over the world, and I cannot say that I have eaten better food anywhere, even in 5*+ hotels. Go there, eat there,Enjoy good food ..

Not been to El Salon for about ten years but very pleased to say, it’s still excellent. Very friendly staff, excellent quality food, reasonable prices. We went with visitors from abroad who also loved it.
