We stumbled on Elmer when looking for dinner near a show we were seeing. My husband and I agreed it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The service was fine dining but the vibe is neighborhood celebratory. We had a late meal and the chef walked the room at the end of service to check in with each table and even remembered what each of us had. We loved it so much we made a second reservation for our last night in Paris. We were both afraid maybe it wouldn’t live up to the hype in our head, but it was even better the second time. The chef has such a way with vegetables that my meat-loving husband said he could have made a meal of just those (which were presented as the sides). We would make a trip back to Paris just to enjoy another dinner here! Go if you get the chance; you will not be disappointed. PS: desserts are also fantastic!

My husband and I booked seats for NYE and like most restaurants, Elmer charges a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours (like most restaurants). I unfortunately got food poisoning so we asked to switch to a table for one. The staff was so kind and immediately offered to let us cancel free of charge. My husband went on his own and said the staff was so kind, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. I can’t wait to go when I’m feeling better!

Recommended!! 2 starter are amazing : Moule and tomato ; steak as main course with many vegetables is so great and healthy! Mille-feuilles with framboise is the best !

Very warm atmosphere, beautiful restaurant. The ambiance is cosy and quiet, the service first class. The sommelier helped us choose the perfect wine with our meal, without recommending the priciest bottles, a perfect pairing to our meal. The food was exceptional, every detail well thought out and lovely extra surprises. I highly recommend Elmer and will surely visit again when next in Paris.

After a 3-year absence due to the pandemic, we returned to Elmer tonight to find it even more remarkable than we remembered. Sebastien, the amazing sommelier, actually recognized us and welcomed us as treasured returning customers. He demonstrated his expertise by suggesting an outstanding wine about which he knew both the source and the characteristics. It paired wonderfully with our perfectly prepared lamb. The dessert was art for the eyes and the palate, presenting a delightful assortment of autumn flavors. Service was flawless - comfortable, welcoming, helpful, and also professional. Every aspect of the meal was delightful enough for us to reserve a return visit while we were there.

This was such a wonderful experience. We chose to share each course and had a wine flight to accompany. The sommelier inventively paired a variety of very unique wines with the food and we were really impressed with some of the flavours and the thoughtfulness to each combination. The food was cleverly presented - definitely a place to go as a couple or sharing between a few. The service was impeccable and they really made sure we had the best time. A special thanks to Sara and Megan. We could not recommmend enough.
