We’re new in town and came Factor Vi Sitges for a casual dinner and what a great surprise! The ambiance is fantastic, with nicely spaced tables that give you a bit of privacy. We had the dégustation menu, and they were very accommodating with my wife’s gluten intolerance, adapting the dishes without any issue. Which is a big issue in many places. The food was outstanding—perfect balance of flavors and textures in every course. Our favorite was the bluefin tuna tacos, absolutely delicious. Congratulations to chef!!! Service was excellent: every dish was clearly explained, the wine selection is very good, and the barman even created a special cocktail for us. Overall, an amazing fine dining experience. Definitely deserves a Michelin star. Sure we’ll be back!
