the setting and ambiance are incredible! we had the duck magret, tuna tartar and walnut cake for dessert and all of the options were equally good.

Staff were friendly and helpful however we ordered duck and tenderloin both medium well and both came out more medium rare. It was only 1/2 way through we discovered it and when we showed maitre di he agreed and said he would tell Chef as it was a mistake. That’s it. No can I get you a desert or coffee to make up for it. Nada. Also we had scallops as a starter and asked for them to be well done and they came out rare as well. Clearly Chef has ‘his way’ of doing things and he’s not for changing. Overall it was the most disappointing meal in Lisbon where we only found restaurants to be super except this. Would not be back.

We returned here after a beautiful experience last year and we were not disappointed in the slightest. From the moment you step through the door you will be blown away with the building firstly and then the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. The Chefs should be thanked for the amazing menu and unforgettable food. Overall Federicos is not to be missed and is always a highlight of our visit to Wonderful Lisboa.
