4/10Just really bad food quality. Obviously a tourist trap. Servers were nice enough, but there was a bit of attitude. Ordered lasagna; it was the worst I’ve ever had.

6/10I recently dined at this restaurant and I am extremely disappointed with the service. We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be served, and what’s unacceptable is that tables that arrived after us were served before us. Moreover, my dish arrived alone, without my partner's meal. This situation is completely unacceptable: either I was supposed to eat alone or wait with a dish that eventually got cold. After waiting an additional 20 minutes with no updates on our order, I had to approach the servers to point out the issue. Eventually, we were served with my dish reheated, but after nearly 2 hours in total. This experience is scandalous and I do not recommend this restaurant. It’s best to avoid this establishment to avoid such issues.

10/10Here is a restaurant that made my group of 8 very welcome, took time to seat us and provide time for drinks before ordering. The food was fresh, good sized portions and well cooked and a selection of wines to choose from. We had anti pasti, beef and pasta dishes, all were enjoyable. The location is sufficiently away from the Duomo area to be calm and an excellent taste of Florence.

10/10This little restaurant was a great discovery! The food was extraordinary and the waiters very nice. We even thanked the chefs who are right there upon entry and they were super thankful of our comments. Would definitely return!

10/10The restaurant is in an incredible location, just near the cupola di Brunelleschi. They have a noce room inside that has AC. The food was good and the staff was very friendly.

7/10Food and prices are ok. It was very hot inside the restaurant especially with velvet chairs. Chairs look very nice but not suitable for summer months especially if you do not have A/C in your restaurant. Menu had both English/Italian so it was easy to pick the food but food was mediocre. Price was ok but I would not go again.

9.5/10Beautifully decorated restaurant with lovely atmosphere, although could be a bit warmer. The service was excellant and the food outstanding. We had the "Tonno" Chianti which was something we'd never heard of and it was amazing. Highly recommend it.

4.5/10Food lacked finesse. Dishes were edible, but that’s about it. Stuff you can make at home and would probably taste better. Waitress didn’t speak English and didn’t even make an effort to speak slower to make the communication easier.
