The dumplings here were literally made to order by a talented chef. She hand rolled each dumpling skin and delicately filled them, pinched them closed and took them back into the rear kitchen. The Shanghai soup dumplings, and other ravioli as they were referred to in the French language menu were fresh, delicate, and delicious.
