A stylish, cosy restaurant not far away from metro station San Babila. Super friendly, kind and supportive service. Excellent fish choice. Small, yet great menu. Fresh, well prepared and delicious. A great place to spend a nice evening in good company.

We enjoyed a lovely evening with a delicious meal and can recommend highly. The quality of food, especially the primary ingredients, was excellent. Service was friendly, cordial, accommodating and contemporary-professional, befitting the ambience which is informal and welcoming. We arrived early, had a booking, and got a lovely table - but we did notice that as the restaurant filled (always a good sign!) the space between tables became rather limited. Our only question about the food was in the menu descriptions, which due to reinterpretations were not always what diners may expect. A ceviche that is an interpretation of the classic dish but missing some of the traditional ingredients that usually define a ceviche, or a fritto described by the waiter as more of a tempura. But don't let that worry you. The food is abundant and excellent. You will enjoy!

Lovely frittura di misto and also i like a lot selection of wines with my fresh made pasta named - vongole cime di rapa. Will come back here for sure!

Tasty interesting food. Excellent friendly service in a pleasant space where tables weren't too close together and it was easy to have a conversation.

I loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the staff and the environment. The service was attentive but not invasive, I could tell that everyone was enjoying their night. The food was delicious, I had the seafood gnocchi (what a great combination!), and a chocolate tortino. Total treat. Hostaria Meiterraneum has become a must visit every time I come to Milan. Thank you
