10/10An amazing gem in a quaint little medieval town. Honestly the best meal so far this week and we spent 3 nights in Rome. Local ingredients, simply and expertly prepared. Lovely chef and staff. Can’t recommend it enough.

6.5/10Nice place, in the middle of a Plaza out. Nice and friendly stuff. Happy surrounding. Problem - I did not like anything I tried. Not the pansanella salad (too much bread, too few vegetables and especially tomatoes), the salami plate (too salty, too spicy), the Ragu pasta, and the pork dish. Maybe... reading all the other reviews... the problem is me? Too authentic kitchen? Too tourist me? No idea! Really!!

3/10Very disappointing. A very loud patron took our orders. The personnel seemed serious and non smiling. The restaurant did not deliver the main course for one of our party of 4! The mistake was first blamed on the kitchen, then the patron noticed he did not mark it in his order note suggesting it was rather our mistake?!? No apologies were offered for the missing portion. The food level was a bit lower than average for the area. When paying the connection did not work for the credit cards (which the patron knew in the beginning of the evening, but not mentioning it) sending one of us to a bankomat several hundred meters away. After a heated argument about the situation we were asked not to return. The feeling is mutual. Fortunately we also had several very positive experiences of real local, delicious and professional Toscana kitchen during our long weekend in the area.
