4.5/10though there were not so many customers, it took a while until we got our food. And, the ice which were supposed to cool the oysters had melted into the oysters.

6.5/10Friendly service, no background music, low background noise. Service started out good then slowed down to sluggish - we had to repeatedly as for dessert and check. Main dish was good, dessert better than average, but prices well above average. Living nearby, I will not become a regular.

10/10We love Ijkantine. We had friends from California visiting and we wanted to have a nice meal with them. We always have great food and service here. They thought the restaurant was so beautiful. The seafood extravaganza always is gorgeous!! I had sea bass and was delicious.

10/10+2Such a special Christmas menu. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ijkantine. We live in NDSM and are always satisfied. Our servers were excellent tonight! The food was amazing. Dessert perfection! Merry Christmas!

7.5/10Very beautiful, light, airy space -- eggs very nice! Unfortunately, only dairy milk available but my brunch mate testified to the coffee. ;)

9.5/10Located right next to the NDSM ferry and overlooking the water, this place has the right vibe, atmosphere and delicious food to make your evening great. Me and my boyfriend went out for a romantic dinner and we got what we wanted. We made a reservation with the AH deal thinking that there would be a fixed menu with several options, however we were nicely surprised to find out that we can choose from everything on the A la carte menu, excluding the sea food. We were also lucky to have a table on their charming terrace. Food was great. For starters we had the pumpkin vegetarian dish, small portion but super tasty and the NDSM salad with goat cheese and walnuts, which was also very tasty. For mains we had fried duck breast, which was tasty, however a bit overcooked for our taste, but we ate it all anyway cause it was still a nice dish. We also tried the sea bass fish, which was just melting in your mouth. Dessert was cheesecake served with ice cream. We were stuffed after all this. Baring in mind that we had a bottle of wine and some cocktails, we spend 85 euros, so the food must have been something around 50 euros with the discount, which is a pretty good deal for 2 people. Service was awesome, very polite and friendly waiters. I will definitely have another come back to this place. Highly recommended.

8/10Nice atmosphere. Very congenial manner of handling the AH coupon: 50% off each of the three courses for each of the two diners. Menu seldom changes.
