We tried this restaurant on a sunday night, and even if we came late, we had a perfect welcome! We both chose the carbonara with some truffle and it was purely delicious ! We truly recommend this place!! NB : the playlist with some funk and soul is perfect too !!

Il Bacaro was my 1st stop in Rome and it was exactly what i was looking for! Normally i would avoid the restaurants in the centre but Il Baraco is located in a very cute little spot, away from the chaos of downtown. Exact atmosphere that you would like to experience like a local. I thought spaghetti would be enough but I continued with octopus and it was the star of the day! Staff is very friendly & helpful. Prices are very good and the restaurant has a lot to offer. 100 out of 5 stars!
