The food was absolutely amazing—easily a 10/10! The service was quick and efficient, and as a bonus, the staff spoke English, which made everything much easier since my Italian isn’t the best. Highly recommend!

10/10The welcoming and friendly atmosphere in a small and quaint restaurant felt like being at home. Giacomo our waiter was very attentive and helpful and the food was excellent! The baked pear on top of a layer of chocolate and crumbs was absolutely delicious!!

10/10My husband is gluten free and they provided him with a delicious carbonara. I also enjoyed my meal. Staff were friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

4/10Just disappointing all around. In order: 1) Sat down and ordered wine from list. Not available. Ordered a different bottle. Unavailable. But then presented with 3 completley different wines t higher price points. Bad start. 2) The table we were seated at was tiny. Barely room for two plates and a bottle of wine. 3) Service was friendly, but inattentive and sub-par. 4) Steak was ordered medium rare. It came out medium well. It was tough and fatty. Did not finish. 5) Side order of vegetable was chicory. It was awful and stringy. I choked on it and had to go to restroom to throw it up. 6) Salad was basic arugula with balsamic. Nothing like the photo on the website with crunchy green and raspberries and other toppings. Highly misleading. The staff was polite and courteous. But overall this was a very below average experience on wine selection, service time, food quality, and timeliness of getting the check. In a city full of good dining options, we rolled snake-eyes with this one.

I had my last dinner of this summer’s vacation in Italy at this restaurant. Every dish I ordered was excellent and had a unique and creative flavor. The staff were also very friendly, and the prompt service was impressive. Highly recommended.

I came here by doing a really long research in which restaurant to go in Rome, as there are plenty of them. I have to say that this was probably top 5 restaurants that I visit, and I consider myself a gourmand. From start to finish, service was above the expectations, and food is following the hospitality. Carbobara is the best I ever had, 15/10, Beef with truffles were amazing, so the burrattina, caccio e peppe, and risotto with bisque and asparagus. Lorenzo who server us deserves the highest praise and highest regards for our dinner. Thank you, we are honoured to be here and had this beautiful dinner.
