Thé food and the service was magnificent! Cheaper then at other places and very delicious. This restraint is a very quiet place for a food and wine lovers. Definetly have-to-do.

Really nice, classic Italian food, in an area we found hard to find any other nice restaurants. Just across from our apartment so we went twice. Couldn't fault the food. Service good too. Pasta dishes about 6 or 8 euros. Mains 12 to 14. Drinks reasonably priced too. The red plastic chairs might look a bit weird but were comfy enough!

Il ristorante Il Gusto della Notte si trova proprio accanto al mare di Salerno (non affaccia sul mare e non sono presenti tavoli vista mare) sul Lungomare Colombo (400 mt prima dell'Hotel Polo Nautico venendo dal centro) dal quale si può accedere direttamente alle spiagge. ATMOSFERA VIVACE - Il locale si propone con un arredo semplice in stile moderno, ma quello che non manca è il colore ed ecco che ci si trova così calati in un ambiente brioso e vivace dove si possono consumare pasti tra amici, ma anche concedersi una cena romantica. RICCA PROPOSTA - Le proposte della cucina sono davvero numerose e, per la gran parte, a base di pesce preparato anche in modo originale. Da provare la tagliata di tonno con cipolle caramellate e la zuppa di pesce.
