Nice looking new restaurant in the heart of Courmayeur serving Italian cuisine, with a pasta dish around €22. We ordered Carbonara and cacio e Pepe pasta, but unfortunately I would not recommend either. One too salty and the other overwhelmingly cheesy almost sour. No other flavor to it. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I returned the meal and it was kindly deducted from my bill.
