I gave a very good review last year when this place had just opened. It was a new concept, and it was really encouraging to see a woman entrepreneur take the risk of opening such a pleasant venue in Geneva, especially in the city centre. A year later, not much has changed and maybe that’s part of the problem. The staff is friendly but clearly overloaded, juggling tasks like serving food, preparing tables, welcoming new customers, and more. We had to wait far too long while the two staff members were busy rearranging tables for a private birthday event. BTW, allowing birthday parties while serving other customers affects the experience of other customers and the place becomes very noisy. The playground is also too crowded and I couldn’t enjoy, as I had to keep a close eye on my son the entire time. What remains excellent, even a year later, is the food. I hope the owner will be able to adjust and make it more customer friendly as it was when it opened.
