Booked in advance. Turned up on time, slightly early and met by rude women who questioned if we’d booked. Yes we had, it was written in your book which she showed us. They’d sat someone just as we walked in but we were told and I quote ‘wait outside’. What in the cold with no where to sit. I’m sorry, no. There are other places in Geneva who want business and will treat customers better than this. Even if we couldn’t have found anywhere else during the Geneva celebrations weekend ( which we did and went back again ), we wouldn’t have gone back here. Terrible and disgusting customer service and on this basis, they deserve no business whatsoever.

Dear Sir, we are really sorry about this incident. There was clearly a confirmed booking for you at 9.00 pm through the reservation platform The Fork. Nevertheless, this evening - a crowded Escalade evening - many “walked in” customers had rushed to the tables. Yours included since we could not hold an empty table for two hours. The lady on duty should have explained to you that it was just a matter of a few waiting minutes until a table becomes available. We regret this misunderstanding as, be assured, this is not our business philosophy to neglect the basic courtesy. We therefore apologize for your bad experience. Should you change your mind, we would love the chance to welcome you back and provide you with a much better experience.

Wonderful Thai restaurant. Food was superb. The waiter was very nice. Recommend highly. Small restaurant, so reservations are a good idea.

Portions are shockingly small. For instance 25chf for roughly 200gr of vegetables. Rip off. Same for rice.

Thank you for visiting us. Nevertheless, what are you calling a ”shockingly small portion” of sauted vegetables? You were served a shockingly big portion instead: 500g of fresh raw vegetables for a main dish portion. Once woked, they can reduce slightly but the serving dish is big. What is the point to publish these false reports please? As for the rest, we take note of your overall dissatisfaction.

Would you kindly explain why please? Phad Thai and green curry are our best sellers and we take the greatest care in every dish we serve here. Nevertheless, you have shown a strange impatience because the two dishes came with a three minutes interval on your table. Wrong day probably.

The restaurant has a unique style and the food was great. However, I made a reservation via the fork in order to get a discount but this wasn't applied. We were asked to pay full price.

As good Thai food as any I have ever had outside Thailand, indeed comparable in overall quality to a quality restaurant in Thailand. Fresh tasting food with enough spiciness to make it interesting but not to overwhelm. Service is very calm and polite. We have resolved that we will return when we are in Geneva.

The place is a little crowded and we initially had to wait a bit long. However, once started, the pace was OK. One of the dishes (crying tiger) was really disappointing, the rest was fair to good with the chicken skewers above average

So???? can’t you figure out people were preparing Christmas? We are under covid restrictions?! No need to make a fuss about or allusive comments that would imply nobody’s coming here. In fact we are most of the time full, given the space available. We are sorry for your unexpected bad experience. Shit happens.
