10/10I really liked the ambience! We went at lunchtime and the restaurant was lively. I think it may also be a nice place to go in the evening with a group of friends, not only for having dinner. They have a great bar as well and the atmosphere is very nice. The food (Flammkuchen ) is very good and the quality of ingredients is very high. With The Fork discount the price is also competitive, otherwise it may be a bit expensive

7/10Not the best it's been. Understaffed, so food delivery was slow and when it arrived it was cold. Shame because the quality is good.

Lovely people, great food. The ambience embrace you and the surroundings are beautiful, like the Hotel de Ville and the Lyon's Opera. Strongly recommend!

9.5/10Had a great time. sat at a high table for two by the window. Drank some nice beers and shared two different flamenkuch cut in slices one after the other, as advised by the server. So it was like a an apéro très sympa! The flamenkuch are cooked to perfection, they are not heavy, the base is very thin. Will definately return.

2/10We were the only ones in and starter came out cold, when we sent it back staff didn’t seem too happy. The description was sausage and grated potato, it was exactly that, sausage (hot dog!) and a rosti thrown on a plate, We then shared a Flammekueche and were both ill all night!

Hopla. Thank you for your review that shows that your stay at our place L'Alsacien Lyon didn't reach expectations. Sorry to read about it. And I assure you that we continually try to improve ourselves for a warm welcome and best quality food. Our Knack is not a hot dog and is rated among the best in Alsace, but for sure it happened something wrong during your experience. I feel sorry for that and wanted to let you know that our products are daily prepared with fresh vegetables and we use only French/alsacian producers for our flammekueches that are done by order. All my apologies to you, it doesn't happen often at our place regarding to our high satisfaction rate.
