Had a great time. sat at a high table for two by the window. Drank some nice beers and shared two different flamenkuch cut in slices one after the other, as advised by the server. So it was like a an apéro très sympa! The flamenkuch are cooked to perfection, they are not heavy, the base is very thin. Will definately return.

We were the only ones in and starter came out cold, when we sent it back staff didn’t seem too happy. The description was sausage and grated potato, it was exactly that, sausage (hot dog!) and a rosti thrown on a plate, We then shared a Flammekueche and were both ill all night!

And I assure you that we continually try to improve ourselves for a warm welcome and best quality food. Our Knack is not a hot dog and is rated among the best in Alsace, but for sure it happened something wrong during your experience. I feel sorry for that and wanted to let you know that our products are daily prepared with fresh vegetables and we use only French/alsacian producers for our flammekueches that are done by order. All my apologies to you, it doesn't happen often at our place regarding to our high satisfaction rate.
