This gem was so good we went consecutive evenings and have booked again for this week. The food was impeccable, competition in Paris is tough and La Gazette met the challenge. The wine list is concise but of quality and the staff have that "professional but not intrusive" approach - well balanced. Pricing is competitive and if you want honest food, good wine at a reasonable price (especially using The Fork special price) then go there. You wont be disappointed,

We had our NYE’s dinner at La Gazette an it was amazing! We had a pre-fixed menu and everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. We couldn’t have better service, unfortunately I don’t remember the name of our server but everybody was very attentive and made sure we had a great experience. I would definitely go back in n my next trip to Paris.

We always enjoy coming here, a local favorite. The service is almost always warm and welcoming and efficient given how jammed it can get on busy nights. The food is excellent and the daily specials added to a lovely balanced main carte mean you always have a variety of options. This is just a great spot for a relaxed and delicious meal. We come every time we are in town and bring guests when we can.

Nice and cosy French restaurant. Very kind and attentive service. Although I was alone (in Paris for business) I had a nice table at the window (sometimes eating alone, you are seated next to the toilet). Only issue was the rather sweet and pronounced aftershave/perfume of the waiter which I smelled over the food.

Great place mainly for a local clientele. Superb food with excellent presentation. I had the octopus for the starter and the cod for the main course. Both where prepared perfectly. The owners are clearly very passionate to provide an unforgettable experience.

Fun, lively place with music, young crowd, excellent waiters, ambitious food with only slightly above average execution, overpriced, ridiculously overpriced wine menu( 15 euros for a glass of satisfactory, but run of the mill second or third level producer wine.no bottles under 60 euros, and those are entry level, simple bottles in recent vintages, by unproven producers. some dishes not served hot, and under seasoned. The biggest problem is the noise level. My husband and I used our cell phones to be able to communicate and hear each other. Excellent service, lively atmosphere, good vibe: just not for everybody.
