Food was interesting combinations of flavors, but the spring rolls had too much hard rice paper, the salmon plat was salty and the bread was a heavy texture - too heavy for the meal.

We were the only guests at dinner, except for a bunch of about ten very noisy hotel guests. Food was OK, certainly below expectations. Service was lovely and attentive , but not very professional.

We dined at La Vague de Saint-Paul on June 27, 2024 and we concur with GAULT&MILLAU’S OPINION: 14/20. The menu, while short, was exceptional. I like bold tastes, and was not disappointed. I had two starters; both excellent. My cod was perfectly cooked. A 50cl white wine was just right too.

Superb food quality and service. Excellent cocktails. Good wine list. Reasonably priced for a Michelin rated restaurant. A little remote and secluded.

The food was delicious. We ordered the Chef’s Carte Blanche Menu. It was amazing. Our three kids had the Kids Menu. Also very good.

This was a real surprise. The food was delicious especially an amazing sashimi starter. - all on the menu de jour for €35. The service was equally good not least the way the staff looked after two very small children. The outside terrace is shady and airy, the perfect setting for a ling lazy lunch.
