4/10Food was interesting combinations of flavors, but the spring rolls had too much hard rice paper, the salmon plat was salty and the bread was a heavy texture - too heavy for the meal.

7/10We were the only guests at dinner, except for a bunch of about ten very noisy hotel guests. Food was OK, certainly below expectations. Service was lovely and attentive , but not very professional.

9.5/10We dined at La Vague de Saint-Paul on June 27, 2024 and we concur with GAULT&MILLAU’S OPINION: 14/20. The menu, while short, was exceptional. I like bold tastes, and was not disappointed. I had two starters; both excellent. My cod was perfectly cooked. A 50cl white wine was just right too.

8/10The waiters are extremely welcoming and the food is exceptional. Unfortunately, Client Services lack any integrity and force too much pressure on its work force. Highly recommend if you don't mind the Client Service being quite shocking. Exceptional food.

10/10This was a real surprise. The food was delicious especially an amazing sashimi starter. - all on the menu de jour for €35. The service was equally good not least the way the staff looked after two very small children. The outside terrace is shady and airy, the perfect setting for a ling lazy lunch.

9/10Updated interior design is not extremely exciting but still nice. Windows view is nicer anyway:-). The most exciting is the right thign: the food. This Asian-French fusion makes us always positively surprised: it is innovative, very well presented and - mainly - so delicous. Price is not average indeed but worth of the quality.
