8/10We were a party of 5 lunching at this gem of a restaurant. Food was super, attention to detail excellent -the only negative was the 45 minute wait for first course to be served and another 45 minute wait between first and second course. As a party of 5 we had plenty to chat about but if just 2 people that could be a bit annoying to sit waiting for so long. A little better decor inside would bring this place to M star standard together with faster times between courses

10/10The food was absolutely incredible. We had the 5 course degustation menu. Everything was hand-made in the restaurant including the bread. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. The chef won the cook off against the other regions and is recommended by both Michelin and Gault-Millou. Thanks again.

6.5/10Vey average experience, really nothing special. First I would note a server was lovely and charming, providing genuinely kind service. Otherwise I was totally disappointed by my dinner. With high scores and nice plating I expected a very nice dinner. First the menu was different from the one published on the website (even though it mentioned it should be valid the date I dined). The starter was nice enough and beautifully plated (filet de rouget poele). Then it was 55 minutes wait between the courses - just sitting and nothing happens. I was about to leave the restaurant when my Fillet de boef arrived. It wasn't the best quality, chevy, served with the most boring steamed totally tasteless veggies, jus was tasty tho. The lever of the dish is like not so good brasserie and not at all what I expected

8.5/10Lunch for two on 28 December 2022. The first courses of trout ravioli and pate de foie gras were exceptional, The beef main course was excellent and the monkfish was good. The deserts were very good. Perhaps the restaurant was understaffed after the Christmas holiday but a 3.5 hour sitting for 3 courses was excessive, which let down the otherwise very pleasant and professional waiter service.

9/10The menu was excellent. The Chef combined the ingredients in a beautiful creation. Service was authentic and pure, though this chef deserves to level up in scale and venue. We enjoyed it very much, on a Sunday afternoon during some local festivities (La Colle Autrefois 2022, Fête des Métiers d'Antan).

10/10My favourite dish was the tartar de thon. But everything was presented and tasted wonderful. I looked for a reasonably priced good restaurant and wow did we find it! In a lovely quiet part of le colle sur loup only 23 mins from home. I wasn’t mad on the cherry dessert but its all a matter of taste and the lemon one i fancied wasn’t on our menu. My children had that one so I was privalidged to taste that anyway. Scrumptious!

6/10It is a nice little restaurant with very creative dishes and excellent quality. However, the kitchen was not able to manage the timing of the different courses and we had to wait for our appetizers for 1,5 hours.

9/10Absolutely sublime food with its light basque influence. Perfect for a hot summer’s day. The roadside outdoor space was really atmospheric as we watched village life walk by (and almost no traffic). The service while helpful and friendly was very slow so I have marked it down but this absolutely shouldn’t put you off booking. Just slow down a touch! We had mixed salad and foie gras with rhubarb off signature dishes (each excellent) followed by two orders of bacalao. Amazing! The amuse bouches and mignardises were sublime. Will definitely return!
