30 minutes! Which was the time since we sat down and the water was service, and a new record among all the 5-star hotel restaurants I have visited in my life. And this happened only after I tried to talk to the restaurant manager (Elenna) who constantly avoided our eye contact when she passed by our table many times. Maybe it would take more than 30 min if I kept silence. Moreover, all the waitress looked very sad and exhausted, like doing this job was a torture, which I don't know why but felt very sorry for them. The food is ok but nothing special. But one of my friends was poisoned probably by the salad and had terrible vomiting and diarrhea started 4 hours after the dinner and lasted for 2 days! I have stayed in Val Thorens for one week. Have to say this restaurant was the worst experience. Fortunately it was booked for the dinner of last night.

Atmosphere very cosy and staff very attentive and friendly. Waiter forgot to provide spoons, but brought it for two out of three of us after we requested. I suggest you eat from the daily menu provided in this restaurant. Food was good. Again 3 of us ate from standing menu and it was average to very very poor.

Pricy, but had a live singer who was very good, the food good and the service good. A good take if it is in you budget. .
