The tart of vegetables was delicious, and the ravioli were excellent. The service was perfect overall. However, I did have to wait twice for the chocolate soufflé due to a kitchen error, which was a bit surprising considering there were only three tables occupied at the time. Still, the staff remained professional and courteous. A small detail to improve for an otherwise very good experience.

Our family loved this restaurant. The French meal was delicious and very professionally served, the service was quite attentive. The next time I visit Madrid I would certainly return to this restaurant. We were there for New Year's Eve, and everything was perfect. This restaurant is not inexpensive, but for anyone who wishes to have a high-end French dining experience in Madrid, Le Bistroman will not disappoint!
