restaurant to far expansive without using the fork. for example the curry fish is 29 chf for a very small portion (dish was 8 cm large) without Rice + 5 chf min. in fact this restaurant has a business model only based in the fork, were price are inflated . you would not good there otherwise because it would be too expansive.
