4/10Too cold, not a place for cold weather, we ate wearing our coats, really uncomfortable.

9.5/10Nice place with a waw view! The fondue is really good, the proposed potatoes with, it’s a real plus! The only bad point, it’s cold. They gave blanket but at the end of the meal it was not enough!

9/10Lovely dinner with really good fondue. The wine is not bad and service is charming. Only thing is that you need thick clothing as it is very cold despite the small heaters which adds to the ambiance. The parking is difficult in the hotel but they do have a great valet service

7/10Food was good, service not. Very cold on a terrace, inside very loud. Serving plates are not changed and it does not look nice, gave me a bit of canteen feeling. Red served in a glass where there was rose before. Would expect more excellence and attention from an establishment of such level.

8.5/10The killer reason to eat here is the view, likely THE best in Lausanne. Service on arrival was good, one waitress was clearly having a bad time but the night was rescued by Edoard who was a good balance of skilled, friendly and relaxed throughout the night. The food is good, portions are not big and we found the side lettuce a little repetitive on the fish, St Jacques and chicken dishes, you are encouraged to try several small portions so we would have liked more variation on the accompaniment. But well cooked and the core ingredient was good. Wine selection is small, service excellent, quality very good. But you come here for the view and boy it's a must if visiting Lausanne. Book in advance though!!!!

5.5/10While the view is AMAZING, the overall experience was quite disappointing, and the food and experience were over-rated. Cocktails were mediocre, food was just okay, dessert selections were odd. The service was poor - took 30 minutes for the server to come and take our cocktail order, then the cocktails were brought immediately with the dinner so there was no chance to enjoy them. The server forgot one of our items (as they did the table next to us), and overall the wait staff was awkward and not attentive to the pace of the meal and what we needed next. The flavors of the food was flat and most of it was far over-priced. I would skip this restaurant - go to Eat Me instead for a far superior experience.

8/10Great ambiance and view. Good food quality and service. Price of the main dishes is correct, but every drink is super overpriced. I’ve go more often but the price of the drinks is prohibitive.

8/10With the smallest mistake with the drink order the waiting time it's soooo long (everything comes from eight stories below). And unfortunately the waiters are too stressed and they do mistakes. Hiring one waiter could be a smart solution when the lounge is fully booked.
