I had St Marcelin croustillant, joues de boeuf brasées and fondant de chocolat; all out of this world! The chef, Nicholas Giraud, serves the tables and is extremely personable. Will definitely return.

We arrived early, Nicolas received us as usual with warmth and a hug.. his great team delivered a wonderful service.. our delicious food ( cooked by Nicolas) was served rapidly and the wine we selected from an amazing carte des vins paired perfectly. What an ambience! Although the restaurant quickly filled up we were able to keep up a pleasant conversation without having to shout. Time flew..What a pleasant evening we had and our guests loved the experience

Beef cheek was tasty but had fatty pieces I couldn’t eat. Chestnut mousse was mostly cream. Fondant was delicious. Shame the lamb and chasse are not included in the discount. Overall always a safe bet.

The 2 servers were unprofessional and lacked any kind of intelligence. Its a pity that such long standing restaurant hires these kind of people…obviously we wont return and I wont recommend this place to anyone.

At the start to service was good and then became quite slow - bad. We ordered a dessert that was supposed to take 10 minutes. After 40 minutes the waiter appeared with the wrong order. So then we had to wait 15 minutes more
