10/10We arrived early, Nicolas received us as usual with warmth and a hug.. his great team delivered a wonderful service.. our delicious food ( cooked by Nicolas) was served rapidly and the wine we selected from an amazing carte des vins paired perfectly. What an ambience! Although the restaurant quickly filled up we were able to keep up a pleasant conversation without having to shout. Time flew..What a pleasant evening we had and our guests loved the experience

9/10Beef cheek was tasty but had fatty pieces I couldn’t eat. Chestnut mousse was mostly cream. Fondant was delicious. Shame the lamb and chasse are not included in the discount. Overall always a safe bet.

4/10The 2 servers were unprofessional and lacked any kind of intelligence. Its a pity that such long standing restaurant hires these kind of people…obviously we wont return and I wont recommend this place to anyone.

7/10At the start to service was good and then became quite slow - bad. We ordered a dessert that was supposed to take 10 minutes. After 40 minutes the waiter appeared with the wrong order. So then we had to wait 15 minutes more

2/10The food was good but just that… we made a reservation with the fork and they didn’t apply the discount to all the food, just for one plate and dessert. We asked for the English menu and they said they didn’t have. And the waitress didn’t help us at all… they didn’t care about the tourists. Then we ask for the WiFi password and he said they didn’t have WiFi at the restaurant. Such a joke since we noticed the WiFi listed on our phones. So bad experience and we do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Cher monsieur, dear sir, merci pour votre précieuse note qui nous permet de grandir de jour en jour grâce à des clients comme vous. Par où commencer pour répondre à vos questions, nous sommes sincèrement désolé que notre équipe ne parle pas beaucoup l’anglais, nous avons cependant d’autres qualités qu’il aurait été bon d’énoncer. Nous sommes dans un bouchon Lyonnais et effectivement nous n’avons pas de carte des menus éditées en anglais, concernant la wifi, il est vrai que vous avez pu l’apercevoir sur la liste mais nous n’avons pas le code d’accès qui est détenu par notre web master. Nous avons beaucoup d’appareils en wifi et il nous est difficile de faire des partages faute de perdre la connexion durant le service. Pour information sur votre téléphone vous pouvez aller dans paramètre, données cellulaire et activer les données pour avoir de la connexion et traduire en toute liberté notre carte des mets. Si un oubli a été fait sur l’addition je pense qu’en demandant lors du paiement cela aura été rectifié.
