4/10Me and my partner came her for the valentines set menu. The welcome drink and starter were lovely and then it was all down hill from there. From my order being forgotten - twice - to the cold and bland pasta which also had to be served a second time. The macarons were also mediocre. The tables were extremely close together too which meant navigating the restaurant difficult. Whilst the server was quick to try and correct certain things, when asking for a discount after what had been a rather poor dining experience, we were met with a rather rude man that told us he was unable to do anything, only if ‘we had said something during the meal’ - despite the fact we did. Unfortunately we won’t be returning here.

7.5/10Even though the service persons were all very kind, the service itself was very slow. It took long until ordering, I waited for the drink more than 15min., the food arrived significantly late. It's a pity that I actually wanted a dessert but decided not to order because of the anticipating waiting time...

6/10The food in this restaurant was good but between the service and the place that was dropping water from the roof and there was not space for the waiter to walk, was a not good experience. The waiters were rude and so slow.

2/10We couldn’t even go in, the person in the restaurant said there was a bug in the system so absolutely no reservation was showing. I showed him the reservation on my phone, he still told me “ya but i told you i cant see it” tried to explain that a mistake like that isn’t mine, and that he can find me a place in the restaurant, but no he wanted me to wait. Finally we went to the liberto, servers, and the manager there was 1000x more respectful and understood what we wanted (to sit and eat and relax!) after a day of work at 8:30 pm!!
